The property is surrounded by farmland and forest providing complete privacy and tranquility, yet the nearest village is only 3kms away. The property comfortably sleeps up to 12 people and has a large salt water filtered swimming pool. Fabulous restaurants, wineries and stunning Tuscan & Umbrian villages are but a short drive. Il Poderone è una tipica casa colonica umbra dell'800 costruita in pietra locale lacustre, ristrutturata nel rispetto dello spirito originario dalla proprietaria, Giuseppina, che abita uno degli appartamenti. Agli ospiti sono dedicati gli altri appartamenti della casa, tutti dotati di cucina/soggiorno, camere, bagno. E’ situato a 50 metri dalle spiagge ed a 500 metri dal paese di S.Feliciano, in posizione strategica per fare visita ai più bei centri della Toscana e dell'Umbria.

A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

Surrounded by nature, in an organic olive-oil producing estate. This Farmhouse, divided into 5 apartments, has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the valley. The pool usually opens around the 1st of June (this year it will open on the 27th of May).

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
