There is a new sofa sleeper that has a queen gel mattress. Plenty of fluffy towels, blankets, and pillows. Internet, cable, Hulu Netflix, Philo, Paramount Plus. Set outside and enjoy a fire pit, gas grill, or sit on the front porch and sip your coffee. Screen porch on the back. Fenced yard , Washer/dryer.
