With 3 spacious bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home was designed with friends, family or couples in mind as a place to gather and make memories. Parking space for a small trailer, boat, and a few vehicles! 20 min from Lake MI beaches & wineries!

With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

It’s a perfect place if you want quiet, solitude, and a private place to roam through the 33 acres of open sky, rolling hills, an antique apple orchard, and whispering pines. 2 miles to downtown Bellaire, 50 minutes to Traverse City or Gaylord. Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.
