Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. This is our retreat, we are happy to share it with you and let it be yours as well!

Authentic Log Cabin & Stunning SW Colorado Views

Nestled at 8,580 feet in one of the best kept secret valleys between Gunnison and Montrose, relax in an authentic family log cabin with views that will take your breath away. While a little rustic, all the creature comforts are there and we are adding little refinements all the time. Great for quiet reflective retreats, but also connected to high-speed internet so you can remote work. We would love to share it with responsible guests as we want it to be a blessing for others.

Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). There are four bedrooms (one detached in a little back cabin) and three bathrooms (one is detached). If you do NOT need to use the detached extra bed and bath, please let me know so my cleaners can schedule their time accordingly. Cleaning fee remains the same regardless of its use. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.

Primary cabin accommodates 10 guests & attached, private entrance 6 bed bunk room available to rent for additional fee. (Contact hosts for additional guests).

Beautiful mountain home immersed in wilderness; on 1 acre. Unbelievable mountain views from all sides. Full OHV access & only .5 mile to town. Very Quiet setting; no homes close to property. The back yard is an active game trail; abundant wildlife viewing. At night, sounds of the river & views of Milkyway’s Constellations are breath taking. ** Please read "Other Details to Note" **
