Outside the gorgeous lake-front cabin, enjoy a private beach, play around your own boat dock, gather for s'mores around the propane firepit, relax in a comfy outdoor setting on a huge decorative-stamped concrete patio. Inside awaits with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful master and en suite, fun bunk room, another king bedroom with stunning views. Three luxe baths and a TV family room round out this dream property.

Take the kayaks to downtown or Tubbs Hill. Only a 5-minute Uber to all the best restaurants and shopping. Bring your own boat for your private dock and sandy beach front, logged off swimming area. Play, rest, & relax at our home. Tucked on a quiet street in Hayden Lake, ID, only 0.6 mi / 10 min walk to Honeysuckle Beach at Hayden Lake & 1 mi to Avondale Lake. Bring a kayak, fishing pole, & beach gear (available at the property). Soak in the 9 person hot tub after a round of golf at Avondale golf course (1 mi). Enjoy BBQ on the patio and S'mores on the firepit. Many restaurants in downtown Hayden (2 mi). Other nearby attractions: Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park, Lake CDA.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Iconic Airstream by the Lake

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Accessed by boat only (yours or ours), a pretty little sleeping cabin of reclaimed large timbers with outdoor kitchen, solar power, gas heat, and potable water. 9 acre property offers seclusion, exploration, mossy little treasure spots, and beautiful views including truly amazing sunsets. Large dock creates a pebble-bottomed swimming lagoon, canoes and kayaks are on site, plenty of hammocks available. Hiking and recreation nearby. Boat ramps and marinas are minutes away. Great for kayakers!!

Lake Guesthouse Suite

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

3-BR Lake Front & View cabin next to Gozzer Ranch

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful, lake front setting featuring incredible views, private dock with covered boat slip. This 3 bedroom property sits on more than 2 acres which creates plenty of privacy and areas to explore. The house has modern furniture, well equipped kitchen, large deck with covered cabana, chaise lounges, BBQ, outdoor dining and fire table with comfortable lounge chairs. The family dog is welcome at no additional nightly fee.
