The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

Relax, slow down and make memories with the family at this peaceful resort cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch watching the world go by or family fun and games on the back patio cooking dinner. You have access to all resort amenities, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Beach volleyball at the lake, Tennis and much, much, more. There is lake access if you wish to bring your boat or jet ski. No Boat, No Problem you can rent a Jon boat, paddle boat, kayak or canoe.

The interior amenities have a cozy~modern design as we also use this home as a getaway for our family.
