Lake Front Retreat w/kayaks, pools, tennis, gym

Gorgeous top floor Lake Conroe condo with free access to boat slip, boat ramp, kayaks, Yacht Club dining and pool, Racquet Club tennis, heated lap pool, fitness center, Lakeside Grille with live music. It's located in the closest building to the lake with the best views and the biggest size in the entire complex. Large kitchen and vaulted ceilings. Previous guests loved how clean our condo is, ideal location, beautiful view, and the many amenities plus boat rentals, golf, walking/biking trails.

The Nest on Lake Conroe

This stunning 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bathroom Lake House in the gated Country Club Community of April Sound offers a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of Lake Conroe. It features expansive windows, spacious deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage of your choice. It is very peaceful and quiet, so you will sleep like a baby. Pool, golf, gym, tennis and pickle ball are available for a fee paid to the Country Club, but are closed on Mondays for maintenance.

It is FULLY furnished with washer and dryer… just bring your suitcase! The area offers many activities for ALL SEASONS of the year. Swimming pools on site. Walden Yacht Club and its pools are also available for our guests. Tie up your boat or jet skis right in the back of the condo or rent/book an adventure on the water at our local spots nearby!

Relaxing Lakeside Condo

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish condo. Patio views of Safe Harbor Marina highlight this calm, tranquil space. There's a park directly across the street for the kiddos and a pool on site, as well as use of another at the nearby racquet and fitness center. The grounds are large enough and have duty stations for giving your pooches a quick walk, and there's a split large dog/small dog park within walking distance, just up the road. Moor your boat or PWC on our bulkhead during your stay.

You get those great views! Inside the unit is 2 floors. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and kitchen area with balcony. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Town Home is sparkling clean. It is located in a gated community, so feel safe and secure. There is a pool within steps of the front door. All three bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms. Half bath downstairs.
