Eateries and shopping, 6 blocks to the Louisiana Tech University campus (great for walking, jogging, or biking). A few minutes' drive to any area of Ruston - 3 minutes from I-20. Centrally located to Grambling State University. There is a full kitchen, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in-shower, large living area with 50" TV & 4 bedrooms, 5 beds.

Come Relax and catch some fish at this peaceful country cottage. 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. 2 king size beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!
