This historic bungalow has been divided so that you will have a dedicated entrance which takes you up to the second floor. The whole floor is your exclusive space and it contains 1 full bathroom and 3 rooms, 2 of which are bedrooms and the third room provides a large screen tv, sofa, work desk, dinette and several kitchen appliances. One off-street parking space Is provided in the back of the home. You can easily walk to restaurants and the famed Lake Eola with swan paddle boats and real swans.

This is small space, about 200 sq loft studio with a bed located above the bathroom, if you feel adventurous you can climb up and sleep there! If not that is ok, we have couch downstairs with a sleeper where you have comfortable rest! Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit sports a full kitchen, king sized bed, 2 firm king pillows, 2 soft king pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and dish soap are provided.
