The farm consists of 10 acres with an orchard and is along the Conewango Creek. Conveniently located within the Allegheny National Forest and the Kinzua Dam area near Warren, PA and in close proximity to Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Lake. Great hiking all around. This room is separated from rest of home by walls and locked doors. Owner/Proprietor does not enter or use any of the common areas.
