The designer interior features 5 BR/4 Bath, chef's kitchen with Viking & Subzero, Coffee/Espresso Bar, dining area for 12, 2 spacious family rooms with piano, fireplace and TVs. Enjoy dining, lounging & fun in the great outdoors w/hot tub, fire pit, basketball, pickleball, ping pong & lawn games! Beaches are walkable under a mile & near lively downtown w/ harbor, restaurants, shopping & museums.

With panoramic views of the lake, you’ll love the stunning sunsets, private beach, pier, and kayaks. Inside, unwind by two fireplaces, three TV screens, or play a game on the pool table. The large wet bar and expansive kitchen are perfect for gatherings, with additional space in the dining areas, private office, and gym.

Just 2 blocks from Lake Como, there are many activities & restaurants nearby including kayak & boat rentals. It is also located within minutes of downtown Lake Geneva, plus fishing, hunting, hiking, zip lining, snow skiing, boating & much more.

Corner Lakefront Property

This unique place has a style all its own. This corner lake house comes with a huge fenced-in yard, as well as a balcony off of the master bedroom and 2 parking spots. We offer 3 kayaks with life jackets, 1 paddle board, paddle boat and fishing poles, fire pit, outdoor and indoor games. We have 3 bedrooms with beds included, as well as a futon couch a trundle bed and a pull-out couch bed (6 potential beds total). This comes with 2 TVs, fireplace, WiFi, bar, new fridge and more.

Dakota's Como Cottage

We love pooches, and behaved dogs under 50 lbs are very welcome. Please include them when making your reservation. We do charge a pet fee with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please bring their beds and refrain from allowing them on the beds and furniture. Paw prints or pet stains on the sheets or comforters will get billed an additional cleaning fee.
