Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Welcome to our peaceful countryside retreat located conveniently close to both Ft Moore/Columbus, GA and Auburn/Opelika, AL. You’ll see bison grazing by the house, chickens roaming, and hear the occasional MOOOOOO of a cow. Lakefront Home in Columbus/15 min to Ft. Benning

Relaxing lakefront property with two bedrooms and 1 bath. Amazing view of the lake from living room and kitchen. Flatscreen tvs in both bedrooms. There is one queen bed and one full bed. Includes dock and boat access (marina and boat ramp minutes away). Great swimming, fishing and kayaking (2 kayaks included). Relaxing screened in front porch overlooking lake with swing and rocking chairs. Additional deck, firepit and grill that's perfect for outdoor dining with beautiful sunsets.

Secluded private relaxing getaway

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

On Andrews Pond/25 min from Ft. Benning and Auburn

Guest house is located on several acres with view of the pond and an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Swimming pool is directly by guest house and for your use. Perfect artist or writers retreat, or to make your soldier feel at home with your home cooked meals and quality family time. Games, Roku and a stroll on the property is available for your enjoyment. Only 20 minutes to downtown Columbus and 25 minutes to Fort Benning Georgia, and it is within the trainees allowable range.

BlueHeron Guesthouse on Lake Harding HotTub&kayaks

The Blue Heron is our 2 BR/1 BA 710 sq ft modern designed guesthouse that sits on 4.5-acres lake front property with 650 feet of water frontage. This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn/Calloway Gardens & Auburn/Opelika. Private hot tub, fire pit and hammock. Free access to the shared boat ramp, multiple piers, beach area, chairs/loungers, kayaks, fishing gear and more. Need more space, checkout our Green Heron Cottage or get both.

Meadows Mill House II

Meadows Mill House is an 18th century historical landmark c. 1825 now serving as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house (guest house), we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in. Welcome to Beaver Tale Pond. Relax on a 30 ft deck enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching a large mouth bass. Fall asleep by the firepit listening to the frogs, crickets and owls sing you to sleep. The large eat in kitchen is perfect for family gatherings or a sunset dinner on the deck or the dock.
