The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party, no groups ages 26 and younger. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and may visit you.
