All of these awesome attractions are less than 1 mile away from our doorstep. Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is perfect for those in town for vacation, work, or visiting your loved ones at school. Our home offers close proximity to: Dining & Shopping – 0.7 Miles Aquatic Center - 0.7 Miles Hope College – 0.5 miles Tulip Lane - 5 houses down

Lakeshore Haven - Near beaches, biking & bonfires

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

On The Bay is ready for relaxing

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. Unique beautiful downtown loft overlooking 8th street shops and restaurants. Incredible space with 2 master bedrooms plus twin bed studio area. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!
