Just a short stroll away from the soft sand of Wekota Beach on Lake Minnetonka and an even shorter stroll to Tonka Bay’s community boat launch where you can launch your own boat or the included paddle boards . This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America.
