Located at the end of a private driveway, the cottage features an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large windows overlooking the lake provide a scenic view as well as natural light throughout the day. A short drive to groceries, restaurants, playground/splash pad, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails for nature lovers!

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. It includes a linen queen bed, kettle/French press, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside.Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
