Clean 4 bedroom home in prime location, walking distance to restaurants!

This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom home is located walking distance from downtown Page. Its also right across the street from a walking / running track, and one block from local nature trails. The backyard is fully fenced, so feel free to bring your dog, and the large lot / gate leave room to park your boat. There's also additional parking on the street. The backyard is very serene and well kept with a few fruit trees, so feel free to enjoy some fresh plums, pears,or apples depending on season

We are a little bit of Country Living, set on 3 acres. We live close by in case you need us. This Newly Remodeled Home has many amenities, farm animals, fresh eggs when available, and tons of parking! There is a pull through driveway if towing a boat. This Home is Fully stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, & Laundry. We are minutes from all Page & Lake Powell has to offer. We are very Family & Pet friendly.
