Welcome to Sunset Cottage. Built in 2020, this home gets its name from its gorgeous sunset views! Enjoy days on the lake with your own dock and a relaxing evening around the firepit or in the brand new hot tub. You're on lake time with a main bedroom and fully equipped kitchen on level 1 plus 2 additional bedrooms, a bar, and bunk bed on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

FamiLee Fun Happens Here! Plenty of beds for everyone with a master suite, queen guest room, and a bunk room. We have 2 built-in dog crates, and a fenced in dog park on the property! We have many amenities to enjoy on this property including fire pit, hottub, kayaks and more. Fishing off our dock is easy, with our bait refigerator, cleaning sink, and built in fishing pole holders. During football season watch your team win on our FUBO account. (FUBO is avaliable August-February)

Welcome to the Lakeaholic at Lake Oconee! – a great place to have fun and relax! You’ll love our spacious and beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse at Blue Heron Cove. 3 levels of fun and relaxation on the lakefront with a balcony off the main level and master bedroom level. Wake up and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and easy access to all that lake country has to offer. You may also choose to relax by the pool that is conveniently located just a few steps from our townhouse.

Our family proudly renovated and decorated ‘Bout Time Vacation, and it is our dream of a perfect vacation and relaxation retreat! We are located just a short 1.5-hour drive from Atlanta where you will be transported to a serene lakefront oasis. Sit on the back porch to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and take in the views or listen to the symphony of frogs and cicadas.
