Cozy & Pet-Friendly Lakefont Cottage

Perched on the lakefront, this beautifully refurbished log cabin has been transformed into a modern cottage. It is a hidden gem featuring a private cove and a sandy beach. This charming three-season retreat offers a cozy retreat for two and a serene escape from the hustle of everyday life. In the summer, the gentle slope into the water makes swimming accessible for all ages, while fishing and boating adventures remain favorite pastimes for our guests. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge.

The Upper Deck

A little bit of luxury at the lake. Plus the view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! The lake is sandy and shallow, perfect for lounging and water activities. The large front dock features cooler tables and Adirondack chairs. We also have a boat launch and parking for your boat at our back dock. Our brick fire pit is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The newly renovated loft is spacious, cozy and clean. We have installed an RO system in the kitchen for delicious drinking water.

It is the perfect place to enjoy the simple pleasure of being in nature but with all the modern conveniences so you really don't have to rough it too hard.Sunset View is a true glamping experience with all the comforts of home. Located on beautiful Lake Temiskaming in a quiet bay. Fish off the dock while enjoying morning coffee in the Muskoka chairs. Only a 20 minute drive to New Liskeard. Explore the lake or take a hike at Devil’s Rock, just 5 minutes away. Swim, sauna, hot tub and relax by the campfire. The cottage has a wood burning fireplace, electric heat and ac. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking tools and pots and pans. Pack and plays and children’s toys can be provided upon request.
