Farmstay in the Ecovillage Silimalombu2

It is the same, than the other Homestay, but we have around 10 rooms. Often one room with Airbnb is booked and than everything is blocked. for this we made here number 2. Everything is the same, than at the other one´s. You can make the booking here. At the one side we have a Batak farm runned by our mom at the other side we built a Guesthouse with a terrace Restaurant at our 500 year old Mango Forest. We invite you to our activities, like making Mango wine, Farming, etc or you enjoy the lake.

My grandfather, the king of Silimalombu, founded this village in a 500 year old mango forest on the beach of Lake Toba. I switched to sustainable permaculture. Now every day we have fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden, from which we also cook the food for you. We also have water buffalo, pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats. You are invited to participate in all our activities. We strive for a sustainable lifestyle and are largely self-sufficient.

Pencahayaan pada setiap ruangan cukup mendukung untuk mendapatkan suasana yang nyaman untuk ditinggali. Restauran disebelahnya hanya menyediakan sarapan. Lokasi berdekatan dengan pusat kota (Pangururan) dan wisata Aek Rangat

An Oasis in the greenfields

Different from crowded Tuktuk our house (built in 2020) is situated in the small village Siallagan, about 350m from Lake Toba. Our neighbours are woodcarvers, one lady weaving Ulos, and a Tuak Bar is nearby, sometimes with singing guests (until 10pm).

Our 2-storeys house consists of 5 rooms. Available for each room rent or the whole house. Located 3-minutes walk from Balige main road, the house backyard has direct access to Lake Toba. Suits for single, couple or big family travelers.

Tabo Cottages is situated in the southern bay of the Tuktuk peninsula, Lake Toba. The spacious garden with several pavilions and the pool right by the lake offers a lot of space to relax and enjoy the amazing view over the huge lake.
