Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

17 windows & 4 skylights flood this high end, modern 900 sq ft cottage with light and afford stunning views of water and majestic pines. Enjoy a 2 min walk to beach 10 min walk to Battlepoint Park. Relax in indoor sauna, enjoy oversized rain shower with hand wand. Bathroom inc double vanity & radiant floor heating Enjoy cooking/entertaining in a fully equipped kitchen, large island bar, Chef's gas cooktop, double oven and full sized fridge/freezer. Pack light! West Lake Sammamish Treasure

Private mother-in-law (lake level of our 3 story house) on the shores of Lake Sammamish on the Bellevue Redmond border. Close to corporate headquarters of Microsoft, T-Mobile and Costco. Woodinvillle concert venues and wineries within a short drive. Ten mile drive into downtown Seattle via I-520 or I-90. Serene spot with no neighbors living on the shore. Large deck with a firepit table and dock right outside the door. Variety of furniture for relaxation and outdoor dining. Free parking.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

Lakeside Retreat with kayaks & paddleboards

Enjoy our lakefront cottage with exclusive access to the lake. Lake Desire is a small, quiet lake just a 30-minute drive from Seattle, and you can enjoy all kinds of nature activities here. Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.
