The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Living area has TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and stereo system. Outside the house there is ample parking for cars and boats, private rear yard and large deck including BBQ. The yard has area for children and pets to play including a basket ball ring. The property is also pet friendly.

We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.
