Urban Solace-Elements of Nature

A lavish space of artistic appreciation, for open-minded guests. We funded work in support of local/ emerging artists. The theme for our 4 bed 3.5 bath home is based on the elements of nature: Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Each room is an artist's expression of an element. Our goal is for guests to disconnect from stress, connect with an element, and escape into healing energy. Close to the airport and major freeways. Tucked away from the chaos of a big city, but close enough to get into Seattle.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Spacious, secluded and bright cottage 3 blocks from Lowman Beach and just a bit farther to Lincoln Park, one of the largest and loveliest parks in Seattle. Watch the ferries come in and keep a lookout for seals and bald eagles. Cozy up in the evening next to the wood-burning stove. The property is walkable to commerce, but still woodsy and quiet. Welcome to our tiny little guest studio, located between downtown Seattle & the airport. Our guest suite (150 sf) is the attached studio next to our home. You'll have the entire space, a cozy bedroom that boasts a queen bed, coffee bar, itty bitty bathroom, and spacious deck all to yourself. We have a beautiful view of the greenbelt, chicken and duck pen and garden in front of our home. Whether you are on a work trip or looking for a fun get-away, our place is perfect for you!

The Boardwalk at Palmer Lake

Country Chic, & whole lot of comfortable. Cute and easy to relax in. Enjoy the patio and the water feature. Lake access three blocks away. Property boast country/beach vibe. 150 Red Firs in the front and back yard. Main house has 1br, 1ba. There is a detached master in the back that is connected to the home via beautifully landscaped boardwalks. Deer and raccoons regularly spotted on the property. This is a quiet nature inspired location.
