Garden Cottage - rural idyll with own paddock

Pretty stone cottage on the outside - modern interior and superfast broadband on the inside. Idyllic country setting with only the sheep and birds in view. Self-catering cottage with its own small paddock - perfect for 2 adults who want a quiet bolt-hole in a truly beautiful location. Sofabed can sleep third guest if required (3rd guest does incur additional nightly cost). One baby up to 2yrs free and travel cot/high chair also available. Up to 2 dogs welcome at no additional charge.

Coastal Garden Lodge

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near the seaside village of Knott-End-On-Sea . Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Local restaurant, golf, canal walks & fell walking accessed straight from the house; Lake District or beach at Lytham StAnnes / Blackpool 40mins away. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

The Quarters is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a great base to explore the Lakes, the coast, the Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland. It is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, and public transport. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). There are 3 pubs, 5 churches, a shop, garage, doctors, pharmacy and a Take-away. The more days you stay the cheaper the daily rate.

Stay in a Castle

Guest flat in Hornby Castle, which is located in the picturesque Lune Valley, in the forest of Bowland and not far from the Lake District, sitting on a hill with dramatic views overlooking the Lune valley and Ingleborough. Relax, enjoy the local walks, including along the river in our garden. Hornby has a good village tea room & pub. Also a good village shop. Our TV is small and only runs off online apps. Remember it is an old house and can therefore be or feel cold.

The town centre with its shops, pubs, restaurants and historic buildings are all within a few minutes walk too.
