Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.

Our suite is close to Bamberton Provincial Park in a peaceful neighbourhood close to beach access. Bike tour guests will appreciate the proximity to the Mill Bay ferry dock. Lovely local wineries, restaurants and outdoor exploring. Are you completing a residency or traveling nurse? We are located just 30mins to Cowichan District Hospital and Victoria General Hospital. Located in the beautiful Royal Bay neighborhood, we are walking distance to a number of trails and parks, such as Esquimalt Lagoon and The Beachlands. Just a short drive to downtown Langford and about 25 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has its own entrance and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, table for two, free wifi, in-suite laundry, baseboard heating and an AC unit to keep you comfortable!
