This new scandinavian stylish house is bright and spacious with high windows and a beautiful view to the lake. Peaceful place but near everything. You can watch sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of space for even bigger group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 300 square meters. There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). The villa is located on a private peninsula. From the windows you can see an unique panoramic view of the lake. The distance to the beach is only 25 meters. You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

The house is new and luxurious, located in the best spot if you want to be close to nature yet not too far from the city. I believe everyone would love this place due to its charming atmosphere. With its own entrance in a terraced setting, you can truly find peace in the midst of nature.

The cottage is modern and cosy , very compact and located by the river Kemijoki. Amazing view to river and safe private beach for kids to play and swim. Big terrace and barbeque area gives for your staying more value. The interior of the cabin is decorated with Finnish design classics, and it is very cozy with all the household equipment needed. The price includes linen and towels. Suitable for families and group of friends.

Relax and feel the magic of Lapland in this peaceful accommodation with lovely neighborhood and a river just around the corner. Although the location has a countryside feeling, the city centre of Rovaniemi is only a couple of kilometers away along the ice road. Our house is perfect for a family or a group with kids - there is a lot of space to play inside and outside. You're most welcome!

Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.

Familyfriendly and cosy place to spend the holidays. Its a real home of the mother of three and grandmother of two. There is everything you need and more. Private accommodation. Close to nature and quite neighborhood. Good condition to move by walking, bike, bus, car or taxi.
