Boat House on the Beach

The Boat House is located right on the beach (perfectly safe for kids) on the island of Valentia off the Southwest coast of Ireland. The big window in the sitting room overlooks the beach, Lighthouse, Beginish Island and beyond. It is the most wonderful place to be in good weather and the most fascinating in bad weather when you can watch big waves crashing onto the beach, the rugged shore and the rocks by the lighthouse - all while being cuddled up on the couch with a hot cup of tea!

Boss's Farmhouse on the Skellig's Ring

The house is a traditional farmhouse with a large garden and located in the middle of the small island on a quiet road. A road leads to the shore on Valentia Island (1km) and the breathtaking cliff area on the north-facing side is about 2km away - a paradise for walkers!
