Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

This fully customized Airstream has been completely redesigned with all comforts of home in mind. With (2) AC units, high end furnishings, and residential bathroom, you will forget you are staying in a "camper". The high end living extends to the private yard with pavilion where you can kick back and enjoy the views of the windmills on the mountainside.

Dog friendly with approval. $25 per night per pet (2 maximum) This camper sleeps 10 but our max is 6. One queen and two full size beds.

This site includes potable water and electricity on site, designed with water and electric hookups for a single camping vehicle, maximum 6 people. This site is a drive through site, so guests don’t have to back in or out. This site also has a 10-foot picnic table, portable toilet, scenic overlook, hammock, fireplace, charcoal grill, and a bench.
