Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river. The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can swim right off the end of the dock on the property. There is also good bass and pickerel fishing in the river.

Visit the nearby beach/boat launch (less than 1km away!) with available boat/recreational rentals in nearby Haliburton; mountain bike at nearby Sir Sam's Ski & Bike less than 3km away; or hike nearby. Visit the wonderful ski hill at Sir Sam's or snowmobile from your front door! Also less than 1km away is a wonderful market/LCBO.
