Enjoy the fire pit w/ four adirondack chairs & an outdoor swing. The brand new dock is equipped w/1 boat slip + sea doo tie up for catching fish & sunshine. 4 kayaks - 2 up to 130lbs & 2 for adults + a large peddle boat too!!

The outdoor living includes a very large deck with a sectional sofa and a large table that seats 10 as well as a cozy side screen porch. Kayaks provided for you to enjoy!
