The Hut

Close to the beach and esplanade. Surfing, biking, swimming, walking tracks, cafes all on hand.

Perfect for a romantic escape for a couple or small family. This light and sunny two-bedroom apartment designed to provide the ultimate luxury beach stay. Featuring double-height vaulted ceilings, a large well-appointed kitchen, indoor-outdoor flow through glass sliding doors opening out to the large sun-drenched patio, views over the garden and beach. The master bedroom has a super king bed, second bedroom dbl & single bed. PLEASE NOTE: The upstairs master bedroom has no doors - only doorways.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Our cabin has walking only access through native bush with magnificent sea views. The cabin is very cosy and has a queen bed, outside covered veranda/deck with kitchen/BBQ, private bathroom, private outdoor spa bath, air-conditioning, DVD/CD player and Bluetooth stereo.
