Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Welcome to the Adirondack Hideout on Chateaugay Lake. Featuring spectacular lakefront views & a spacious floor plan with a granite kitchen and two private bedrooms, a pullout couch as well as 4 cots. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, and features a sandy shoreline for swimming or fishing. Five single kayaks, 2 tandem kayaks, a paddle boat, row boat , life jackets ,outdoor games, a firepit and spotlights are available for guest use. A nearby public sandbar is reachable for use.

Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.

Disclaimers.. This is our summer home so there is minimal personal property Cottage is seasonal and water supply for toilet shower and sinks is pumped from the river. I do supply a 3&5 gal jug of portable water for dishes/drinking/cooking etc. Septic is small so I ask that you throw your toilet paper in the trash. It helps Alleviate pumping septic
