Creekside Sanctuary is a 6+ acre paradise for families, friends, celebrations or retreats. Naming this property was not easy, not only is this a Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can also enjoy the popular site seeing and abundant wildlife native to our beautiful Black Hills. Whether winter or summer, there are activates nearby - fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating. The large yard is host to deer and turkey, an ideal gathering spot for celebration, fun and games.

Stay in the heart of Lead at our quaint Victorian getaway. Built in 1900 during the boom of the gold mining era. This Folk Victorian house has been updated and respectfully restored to its former glory. You will feel right at home in this well decorated and comfortable house. 4 queen beds, 2 couch beds, 2 full baths. Upstairs bath has soaking tub only/no shower. Main floor bath has tub w/shower. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Summer is a beautiful time of the year to visit the Black Hills!Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

The Miner's Getaway in Lead, SD

This unique place has a style all its own. This house offers a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. There is much to see and do in this historic area and we offer a quiet, clean, and rustic environment to experience all of this in. Also, a reminder, Lead is a beautiful mountain town and parking is very limited. This little house is located a stone's throw away from Lead main street and we have a driveway for the home. We can accommodate 1 vehicle in the spot.

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
