Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

We're Karen and Phil, together with our 30 year old son and 38 year old daughter we have lived in our beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian home for 25 years. It was built in 1895 and retains most of its original stunning features! We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.

Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there.
