It is 4min (1.8miles) from the nearest Walmart, footsteps from El Palenque Mexican Restaurant that is literally in the back yard, 1 min (0.7 miles) from Baptist Memorial Hospital Yazoo, and directly across the street from Yazoo Police Department. No cleaning fee! Rate is in line with decent motels/hotels here & is up to 4 people. IN THE HEART OF THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA WHERE THE BLUES WAS BORN! Extra charge per person per night after 4. A bit of antique & modern, though greatly cared for, shows age in some places, loving wear, quaint aging & charming patina both inside and outside, is super clean/sanitized. You will love it I think. Very Affordable for a whole house in this area.

Home can sleep up to seven people with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds and One rollaway Bed. Onsite laundry room. Nice size TV in the front room to watch, along with TVs in each of the Bedrooms. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this beautiful home. Don't worry about coming home late, this house has Dusk to Dawn automatic recessed lighting.

Converted upstairs of an 1800's carriage house the room was used to dry pecans before being turned into a 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed. A step down Jacuzzi jet bathtub & shower. Completely furnished with linens, dishes, pots pans, glasses, & silverware. Living room with an additional twin bed. Warning: this unit is located up an iron stair case. For some guests this might be challenging, all other units are located on ground floor!!!!
