Located in Morzine's iconic Peter Pan building this newly renovated 1st floor 2-bed apartment with parking boasts a spacious and airy interior, adorned with a tasteful, neutral decor that creates a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere. Less than a 10 minute walk to the start of Morzine's great array of shops, bars & restaurants and just 5 minutes to the nearest ski bus stop, the apartments location ensures you sleep peacefully at night but are still able to access everything relatively quickly.

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Lovely 2-bedroom holiday home with free parking

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Benefit from a Portes du Soleil summer multipass discount. 10-15 minute flat walk into the centre of Morzine. Free bus stop outside the apartment that takes you to the centre and lift stations. Away from the main road in a peaceful location. Private ski locker and locked bike storage for up to 4 M-L bikes.
