Idyllisch gelegenes altes Rustico in einem ruhigen Tessinerbergdorf zur Alleinbenutzung. Auf 1360 m Höhe bietet sich eine ideale sonnige Lage zum Wandern oder Entspannen. Im Winter ist das nahe Skigebiet Carì wie auch Airolo attraktiv. Bouldern kann man in dem nahen Giornico. Ein Highlight sind die beidseitigen Terrassen mit Blick auf die Berge. In kalten Tagen sorgt der Holzofen im ganzen Haus für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Mit ÖV Anbindung. Reinigung und Bettwäsche im Preis inbegriffen.

This spacious chalet is located on the top of a hill with a rare view on the surrounding mountains. The location is an ideal starting point for hiking and visits of the beautiful Ticino region. The pretty village of Nante is located 3 minutes walk distance. This unique property is ideal for families with children or for people looking for an oasis of relax and peace inside the nature. The house is reachable by car, just 5 minutes drive from the highway. Free WiFi is available in the house.

L'appartamento si trova in una casa del 1800 che negli anni è stata ristrutturata. È un alloggio tipico, dotato di stufa a legna, i pavimenti come i soffitti sono di legno. Per accedere al bagno c'è la scala. Entrata indipendente, giardino con BBQ e pergolato per grigliare, la lavanderia è in comune con gli altri due appartamenti. A un minuto a piedi ci sono le fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Gli animali sono ben accetti, si richiede di notificare l'amico a quattro zampe quando si prenota.

NL-00003293 L'appartamento a disposizione è annesso alla nostra abitazione. Ha un'entrata indipendente e molto spazio all'esterno. È composto da due locali, ideali per una famiglia con due figli. L'ubicazione è in piena natura, circondata da prati e la tranquillità è assoluta! Si possono fare belle gite nelle immediate vicinanze oppure approfittare dell'intera Valle di Blenio o dell'intera regione. Bellinzona è a circa 35 minuti d'auto e Lugano o Locarno a circa un'ora.
