Built w/ cathedral ceilings, there is plenty of space for 10 people to sleep comfortably (6 beds & several comfy couches), as well as 3 smart TVs (w/ complimentary Hulu & Disney+), an indoor fireplace, a gas grill & large yard (including outdoor games), a desk space, & more. Enjoy close access to main roads & large stores (Costco, Walmart, hardware stores, etc.)!

Everything you need for full access to the city. This is the top floor of a 2 unit building.

Inside, unwind by two fireplaces, three TV screens, or play a game on the pool table. Getaway to a cozy 1 bedroom w/loft for 2, up to 6 people. Full kitchen 1.5 bath all season getaway. There is a piano as well. A tranquil home steps from a private lake. Oak and Pine surround you plus a stone fireplace, it feels like the North Woods. The A Frame guest house shares a 5 acre compound ( total 20 Acres) with the owners residence and caretaker cottage. The Volo Bog 800ft away. No hot tub Nov - May. Swimming pool usually June-October often cool to use in early June.

Relax and have fun with the family and friends at this unique getaway! We are situated directly on the lakefront with private access to our pier where you can enjoy world class sunset views. Jump in and go swimming, roast s'mores over a campfire right next to the water, grill up some burgers on the spacious deck or get some rest in our luxurious suites in this newly renovated (June 2021) home.

Dakota's Como Cottage

We love pooches, and behaved dogs under 50 lbs are very welcome. Please include them when making your reservation. We do charge a pet fee with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please bring their beds and refrain from allowing them on the beds and furniture. Paw prints or pet stains on the sheets or comforters will get billed an additional cleaning fee.
