Retro Camper on farm property in Lakes Region, NH

Come experience this beautifully restored 1969 retro camper in a rural wooded setting. Located in the lakes region, it is close to hiking, swimming, apple orchards, as well as popular restaurants. Only 1 hr from Portland and 1.5 hrs from Boston. The camper is on a private and quiet 7-acre farm. Solar powered with backup. The camper has a toilet, very small shower, sink, cooktop, fridge, and small microwave. The camper is very small w a tiny bathroom but cozy and comfortable. LGBTQ+ friendly.

The Carriage House Apartment

A unique and inviting second floor apartment. Located in what was originally a carriage repair shop. Renovated into living space, the apartment offers a comfortable living room with high ceilings and exposed beams. A well equipped kitchen area, bedroom with two double beds and full bathroom. Our beautiful area offers a variety of activities including a scenic town beach a short walk down the road, hiking trails for all level, antique shops, great restaurants, seasonal fairs, and orchards.

Lakefront Getaway

Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

1BR cozy, luxurious getaway @ Krista's Guesthouse

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Clear clean spring fed lake. 25 minutes to Portland with access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 45 minutes to North Conway New Hampshire. Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. Great for extended families and friends.
