You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. You’ll love the comfort and coziness of our condo!

It is 1031 sq ft and is up 3 outside stairs. 14 stairs to loft inside. The new pool and hot tub is completed and open May 2025.
