Best view on the Lake! 500' of frontage out on a point. Private boat launch and dock site available. Covered deck to watch the sunset. Outdoor firepit, as well as indoor gas insert. Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Spend your days hiking the backyard trails (25 acres behind the house!), swimming or paddle boarding on the lake with a private dock (lake is a 2 minute walk down the driveway!), or traveling to near by coastal towns like Bar Harbor (Bucksport was voted #1 small coastal town in USA!). For dinner, stop by one of the lobster shacks just down the road to bring home your fresh Maine lobster! Come and disconnect (or stay connected if you’re working remotely!).

Your Home away from home

2 miles from the waterfront concerts! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, including Acadia National Park which is about an hour drive. I allow 10 people at the house for families that want to be together, however please don't book this house if you think it's designed to sleep 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, you will be setting the additional beds up yourself unless you ask me to set them up for you and I would be happy to!

Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Distances- .9 miles to Maine Savings Amphitheater 42 miles to Acadia. This home is within walking distance to the casino, the Cross Center, a seafood market, Paul Bunyan statue, and several restaurants. The highway is easily accessible. The home has 4 bedrooms(one designed to be primarily for children), one with a king bed, and two with queens. Also, the living room sectional has a pull out bed.
