Welcome to our charming cottage located on a tranquil lane in Rutland. Just a quick 5-min drive from Rutland Water, this 17th-century cottage is a picture-perfect gem that has undergone a refurbishment. The thatched roof adds to its undeniable charm. Step inside and be greeted by original features like low ceilings, doorways and exposed beams, creating an authentic atmosphere. Located down a hidden lane in a quiet village with excellent transport links into Newark-on-Trent and Southwell area, it's ideally placed for access to the Newark Showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin, both with TVs. There is a large waterfall shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking for two cars and your own courtyard.

The chalet has been designed to provide our guests with a home from home feeling.The chalet has its own secure private decking. It is located within a 5 minute walk from mablethorpe beach and there is a Pub with restaurant on site. Mablethorpe town is within a 10 minute walk with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment including local attractions. Welcome basket is provided containing a welcome refreshment to help our guests get settled on their arrival. Pet friendly.
