Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Villa is situated just 150m from the sea, a few minutes away from the picturesque village of Lindos, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first level consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub while the ground floor features an open plan living area with kitchen and an additional bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and it offers wi-fi internet in all areas. Soak the sun on the sun loungers around the pool or enjoy your meal at the al fresco dining area.

The Perfect Family Villa for Lindian Living

Thea 3 consists of two bedrooms one with a traditional Lindian bed (raised platform) with a king size mattress and another bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is big enough for everyone and there is a family bathroom next to the master bedroom. You will also find a generous living area with additional sofa bed. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is again seating for everybody plus a small sink, BBQ and 2 sunbeds.

Studio Stavros is located in a central area of Lindos Village, only a 3min walk to the lively Village Center with all the amenities one might want! The sandy beaches of Lindos are within a short distance (3-5min walk). Studio Stavros is a great choice for those looking for a basic but cared for accommodation in Lindos Village! Please note a room tax is to be paid upon arrival. Studio is for 2 guests, not large enough to add a baby cot.
