Relax in a quiet pine forest surrounded by beautiful private walking trails, with everything you need at your fingertips! We make off-grid living easy with luxury bedding, fresh bread and eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Gorgeous canvas bell tent in secluded setting, outfitted with luxuriously dressed queen memory foam bed, pillows, table, lighting, chairs, outdoor patio set + hammocks. Coffee and tea with cream & sugar avail all day. We provide drinking water, a cooler to use, everything but your clothes and meals (except breakfast, we have that covered!) *Solo Stove for a private Glampsite fire available to rent for $50/night, all wood provided. Must bring Bathing & hot tub towels We will supply everything else. ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! Now close to the new Mt Washington Recreation Path. Country setting, quiet, three bedroom home close to village. All major ski resorts are minutes away. Hiking paths as well as TAX FREE OUTLETS. Brand new hot tub and wood stove works, wood is mostly supplied Storyland and Santa's village is also minutes away. Great country feeling in a good location.

Downtown Wolfeboro condo on Winnipesaukee w/Dock!

It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.

Camping on a Private Pond

Picturesque setting on a small pond and a brook for fishing. A bit off the beaten path, yet three miles to the closest store. (There is NO wi-fi or cell service on the pond but you may come up to the house if necessary). We have local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!
