This stylish 4BR/3BA cottage is located within walking distance of Desoto Falls, Child Friendly Swim Areas, Paddle Boarding and Hiking. New construction, completed in December 2022, provides you with updated appliances and amenities. The master BR has a king size bed, a walk in tub/shower combo featuring 5 different settings for a great massage while showering. Two bedrooms/ two full baths downstairs, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath upstairs, loft area with twin size couch.

Little House on the Prairie

The house is a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, Dollar General, Jack’s, pharmacy and gas stations. A 10 minute drive from the Tennessee river with marina. Scottsboro is the closest big town, where there is golfing, fishing, hunting and plenty of restaurants available. A 20 minute drive to Goose Pond Colony; 35 minutes from lake Guntersville. There are several places within a 30 minute drive that are recreational. The house is out in the country on top of Sand Mountain, beautiful area.

Beautiful and original home built in 1929. Located on historic Main Street. Fully outfitted kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Fast internet and big screen TV w/soundbar, mean no sacrifices. Every bedroom has a smart tv. Huge outdoor covered patio (w/tv) with multi colored lights multiple seating areas. Big rooms, high ceilings, and cozy furnishings create a ‘Hallmark Channel’ vibe. The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony.
