The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

Commodore's Quarters Lakeside Cottage is a unique accommodation that comfortably sleeps a family of 4. It includes 2 queen-size beds, kitchenette, full bathroom, heating and air conditioning. It has a porch facing the lake and it is a few steps away from the water. The cottage is on the grounds of the Silverlaken Estate, which is located on the western shore of Silver Lake near Letchworth State Park. Silverlaken provides a number of common amenities including: Kayaks, campfire, Sauna, etc.

We also recently installed central air conditioning / heating and are connected to the public water supply. May also book cottage 2 doors away( 2 bedroom, 1 Bath with AC) for additional space. We have a 7 night minimum in July and August and prefer Saturday checkin and checkouts.
