This cottage is the perfect location for those looking to explore the Brecon Beacon National park with Pen y Fan just a 20 minute drive away. The newly opened Zip world tower is just a 10 minute drive and Bike park wales 20 minutes. Great range of shops, takeaways & pubs all within 1 mile. The very first entry at the top of The New York Times list of 52 places to Love in 2021, is little old Mumbles. My place is great value, spacious and well equipped - perfect for families and groups. This listing is for the entire seven bedroom property with gorgeous sea-facing balcony. The beach is at the bottom of the road (150m away) and we are on the edge of the Gower Peninsula (AONB). Mumbles Village with seaside restaurants and family-friendly activities is just 10-mins walk.

It's a newly built house and is located in a quiet area of Burry Port. We are a short walk from the beautiful harbour and beaches and small shopping centre. There is a ramp for wheelchair and baby pram use to the side of front porch for entry into the property.
