Die 3 Wohnungen sind ruhig und hell mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Zu Ihrer Verfügung steht der Garten mit Liegestühlen und direktem Zugang zum See. Fähren zu den Brissago Inseln und nach Ascona legen nur 30 meter entfernt ab. Die Bushaltestelle ist 50 meter entfernt.

Frida, Do-Minus sailboat

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy. Breakfast will be served from 9 30 at the Approdo restaurant.

My cozy house in Ascona

Appartamento di tre locali in casa bifamiliare parzialmente ristrutturata in zona abbastanza tranquilla e verde. Soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, camera "ragazzi" con due letti singoli. Piccola cucina completa di tutto. Patio privato su piscina condivisa e giardino privato con pergola e orto fiorito. Ideale per 4 ospiti, non adatto a bambini sotto i 2 anni. La piscina non ha protezione quindi potenzialmente pericolosa.

Es liegt in einer autofreien Zone direkt am flachabfallenden Kiesstrand am Lago Maggiore und ist sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit Zug und Postauto bequem erreichbar. Das Studio bietet Platz für maximal 3 Personen. Der Strand ist direkt vom Sitzplatz aus erreichbar.
