Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Precioso apartamento residencial en santa pola

Está ubicado a 400 m del mar y a 100 m de un parque infantil llamado Pola Park, tienes todo lo necesario para no tener que coger el coche y puedes ir andando al club náutico Marítimo donde tendrás todo el movimiento veraniego, el apartamento es muy coqueto y con su aire condicionado de ventiladores, vas a poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones de tranquilidad confort y inolvidables. Si quieres fiesta la tienes cerca y si quieres tranquilidad la tienes en la zona en el cual está el apartamento.

Acogedor apartamento luminoso, con piscina,plaza de parking propia a 250 m de la playa . Totalmente equipado ,2 habitaciocon una gran terraza, piscina comunitaria y parking. Muy bien situado, no se precisa coche para ir al centro o playas. Muy cerca del centro comercial, Mercadona. Barrio residencial de apartamentos muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. El aeropuerto se encuentra a 15 km, unos 15 minutos en vehiculo. Ideal para parejas, viaje d negocios, familias (con hijos) y grupos pequeños

If you walk up the beach 10mins, you can see the beautiful flamingos or have a rejuvenating mud bath! This is a romantic place in a prime location. We are sure you will enjoy your stay here!

A luxurious, new apartment built in 2024 in a luxurious townhouse with a swimming pool on the ground floor of the building and a large sunbathing terrace. The pool is big, new, very clean. The location of the apartment is perfect as it is in the city center but on a quiet street. There are many tapas bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The famous beach of Playa del cura and Piscinas naturales is very close, only 2 minutes walk
