Sie verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, beide mit Meerblick, eins mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche. Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Rymlig balkong med full havsutsikt för att kunna njuta av havet och omgivningarna. Säsongsöppen pool. Direkt på strandpromenaden Playa Cura i centrala Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Denna soliga, attraktiva 4-bädds lägenhet är helt nyrenoverad, hög svensk standard, dessutom fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett, två par på semester.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the "Elena" building and consists of a living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, a second WC and a terrace overlooking the sea. The building has an elevator (accessible by no stairs) and a solarium located on the roof of the building.
